SJJNAMARTIN, to answer your question...

I originally bought BEDA without even knowing or considering if a short had ever existed. The short issue popped up from when BEDA was brought to my attention that it was on the Reg SHO List. Now that it is not on the Reg SHO List, it's not an issue in my opinion that should be considered ”from an investor level” as there are a few tangents that will make for a much longer post than I see the need to go in to.

I like BEDA because of the TMH acquisition and the future acquisitions that I believe will be coming. I had known that there were some issues from where investors were calling the employees of TMH asking questions to get the wrong answers which was confusing some investors. Because of this, some of the verification was limited for your average investor to verify the legitimacy of TMH. I have verified it to my liking and I believe that it’s real from doing my DD.

I guess it would be like an investor in Microsoft calling to speak to one of the Microsoft employees asking questions about what Bill Gates decisions were concerning the stock side of the house. I understand why the company would not want this as I think that now that the merger has closed, more confirmation will slowly leak out to further confirm the legitimacy of TMH even more.

I like BEDA too because the Outstanding Shares (OS) is the key “fundamental denominator” that's used to assess a key consideration of “fundamental valuation.” BEDA has stated that they intend on buying back 50% of the Float out of the open market. The Float is part of the OS which in-turn reduces the OS which in-turn enhances the BEDA valuation from doing such. The lower the OS of a company, the greater ”potential” that exists to ”position” the company towards enhanced valuation.

I think it's still premature here with the growth of BEDA and time will be needed to allow for BEDA to mature. I plan to be here for a while to see what will further materialize with the company. I am expecting a major upward climb to one day kick in here with BEDA.
