Supra! With all due respect, I am trying to figure why you have changed your tune today! After Rosen’s crap-fest on 03/12, you were posting that the Judge would never sign off on such BS! Now the POR is filed echoing Rosen’s words of 03/12 (which was expected) and you are convinced equity is worthless? Nothing has changed since 03/12! Just because it is in writing and duly filed does not change the fact that JMW granted the EC (for a reason) and they have yet to assert themselves yet! Today was their wake-up call!
