Interesting that the letter suggests "all parties" want a freeze in order to continue to reach settlement? Maybe they'll settle over the weekend.

Looks like parties have frozen the BK report and will request more time to negotiate.
Is that what other read in this frozen letter. I think it also frozen my level 2 viewing also.

The letter was only from the debtors, JPM and the FDIC.

Looks like those 3 want the EC to leave them alone, so that they can continue the planning of the gang rape of equity.

I don't see the EC listed in that letter. That may be an attempt to quiet them

It seems to me that this letter is telling the judge that they, the debtors attorneys have played the court one more time. If there was a viable POR and a Global agreement, what would be the need for a "freeze".

I wouldn't think that THJMW will be too happy with this.

All in my opinion.

This looks very important. Legal Minds?

What is the meaning of this freeze letter?

They are supposed to file their POR sometimes today and yesterday they filed a request to freeze the actions (which actions??) so that they can finalize their agreement?!?!?!

Which actions??

It is strange that they submit this request to judge Sleet a day before they are supposed to submit the POR?!?!?!

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks
Climber
