its a little different when your talking about a large company with hundreds of employees/managers and a small company with few. BW is the company... he directly controls where all the money goes and what its spent on. if the website sucks, its cause he didn't propagate enough money to provide a decent one. if the sales team sucks... he hired them. if the race team sucks... he bought the cars.

its a small company and he's calling all the shots. he's the only one accountable. sorry, can't blame anybody else. that's just the nature of small business.

if the company were larger and the website went down... someone might have a talk with the IT manager. this company is not there yet or even close.

I just don't see a point of coming here everyday and screaming in a paperbag till I run out of oxygen.

btw, most of us don't post here just to spout hot air and complain... its when the pumpers are touting all the great things that are happening (when they're not)... and oh boy, we're excited about the next race, blah, blah, blah, or another self-imposed deadline passes without word from BW... that's when those that aren't happy generally voice their opinions.
