I never said I was mad at a company. You might want to contact MrStyles about that.

I have always felt it is a person thing. If my shipment gets jacked up, I don't call the president, I call the shipping people and ask what is going on. If the website sucks I ask the webadmin what is going on. I am not going to say BW isn't the captain of the boat, but for anyone that has spent time in the military, no matter what the leader does there are times the troops don't follow suit.

Don't get me wrong I do feel there are things that need attention. And there have been times I have agreed to what is being asked. I LIKE BR's attempt to get a list together and get answers. I just don't see a point of coming here everyday and screaming in a paperbag till I run out of oxygen.
