Does this mean that if it doesn't happen in a week that you will be "ripping new ones in person" as you say.

That is the only reason I'm still here FWIW. It would be nice to see things move faster than they are at this point, but, because I see none of the PS BS, ie... dillution etc..., I think this is a safe play until HQ indicates otherwise. A delay in the 10K would not be received well at this point IMO but overall would not spell the end either. Still doing what MEVT investors do best..........waiting! lol
