I agree with you most people feel like they are in the dark, but SEC regulations do not allow a company to (as the SEC calls it) "condition the Market" before an event.
Just one more week of frustration and it will be over.
Kept in the dark yes, dishonest no. that is my only disagreement I have with what you are saying.
If I found blatent pinksheet dishonesty here I would be ripping new ones in person.
I have no use for company officials that want to fleece investors, but I truely believe that this is just a case of having to stay quiet during this SEC transition rather than dishonesty.
