They are giving you a share in an OTC company instead of the forward split. And instead of being grateful you are calling them dishonest just because they do not fit your timeline.
FINRA is the regulatory agency, they are the law of the land, if one investor bonus won't work find another for your shareholders.
It takes time, if they get the 10-k in time the entire situation changes around here, if they file an NT10-k all hell will break loose then you have reason to whine.
