You left out a very key part of that press release. The next sentence.

The new official date will be announced as soon as it is finalized, expected in the next few weeks.

Therefore, they are being dishonest because it has been almost 3 months and we do not yet have the new official date for the press release and we have received no other updates addressing the issue.

C'mon man, we all want this to succeed, but management has been dishonest with us in the past and still hasn't delivered. We need some open honesty from management, it would go a long way.
