The SEC does not involve itself in PS stocks. There are no SEC reports to verify and investigate. When and if they actually complete the SEC filing (remember it is called for with the release of the 2004 audit, not the one duse this month) they will move to an exchange that will comply compliance. They will also pay some fairly substancial listing fees. Any AMEX stock that starts issuing shares left and right will pay for the privledge. Right now Veltex does not qualify for AMEX listing based on share price. As regards the shareholder requirement, we have no way to evaluate that factor.

If anyone was so inclined to investigate Veltex it would probably be an AG from Utah or California although any state in which they did business would have jurisdiction.

This is not a scam! It may not be the best run company to ever go into business, but it is not the worst either. Will we all get rich from this company? Maybe... Will we make a profit from shares bought below $4.00 definetly. When? Only Mr. Matin knows with any kind of certainty.

This is only my opinion.
