Don't get your shorts in a knot. No one is saying anything is a scam. I only said that the SEC will not investigate any company that does not report to them.

Mr. Matin has made many contradictory statements in the past. He has also made many promises that he did not keep. The only wise thing to do here is to be skeptical.

And the coming is putting out PRs claiming $7 million in net income = $3/share?


The dilution pollution continues. Down to $1.13 a share but fully diluted who knows the real truth of how many shares outstanding it will be.


Something smelled bad here and either massive dilution in a short time or management lies in press releases is the start of it.
