If we can come up with a viable POR here to present it to XN, it might speed up their decision to let us have the keys. Can't blame the XN from being so cautious given the track record of the Swift administration. A strong negotiation team headed by Monty to approach all the parties genuinely interested to revive XKEM at some costs will help to speed up the entire process. It works both ways, the judge might look upon this proposal favorably and grant us the restructuring out of BK, IMO.
