We will see in the new filing, the way I see it the old company had the debt, It was Tereso Distrbuters TSRD that company no longer exists. The new company Tereso Enterpises TSNP is a whole new company and this will be the first finacials we will see and once that comes out then all the company overlooks should change to see only new company.
