Even clarifying those issues would be good news. Not as good of news as releasing the buyer, but good news nonetheless. I think the bashers have played the OS well enough to scare some, so clarity, at least would be nice. IMO.

YES!!! I do believe you nailed it!!! The conference call is to put to rest any doubts that create the type of nonsense that has inundated this board lately. They will confirm the sale is going as expected and reassure shareholders... they want to quell all this 'sewing circle' gossip! LOL IMEO.
