There won't be any new news, everything is already out there. They won't release the buying company's name.

If anybody is expecting huge news, you will be disappointed.

They will however clarify few things, such as the share structure and the reason for the O/S and A/S increase. That alone; given that it is resonable, should send this thing flying. we already know that we are going to get .01 per share and the only thing that is keeping this stock at this price is the lack of trust that people have towards the company; once that is cleared up, it should run crazy.


That is what today's Conference Call is all about. I doubt there will be any new news.
