I would really think that a no show or delay for financials is already priced in now at .005 -.006.No doubt it would really piss off a whole lot of people,but probably not to the extent that they would sell at a loss.Most people are in this at a higher average than .005 I would think.I know I am.If that were to happen we would know once and for all where the absolute bottom is and that really would be a no lose entry point.

For those still doubting whether we'll get the audit/divy I'll go back to OG's point from a couple of days ago..........

The divy's will follow the completion of the Audit(I 99% sure it's done). You don't state in an SEC filing, which they did in their 8k on March 22, that you're divesting Richwood unless it's going to happen. ACDU knows that you don't make false representations to the SEC unless you want to do some serious jail time.

Per the 8k...."Mr. Perez will presently act without compensation until Richwood is divested from the AccreditedBiz parent."
