Hey it could move to .002 again - why - because people beleive the news and will buy and without sellers - wwwell its ECON 101 and the stock market can sometimes be a pure case study of that esspecially in the absence of shorters. However, there are those that will argue that shorters (legally) are also very important to an effecient market. I disagree as not everyone has the same access to shorting capability taking some efficenies out of that theory.
