I'm with umaw all the way...let's not forget that our judge has what,hundreds,if not thousands of case histories to benchmark this one with???? She certainly knows the value of assets/liabilities and when an attorney is trying to play her...So...we are back to square one;at the end of the day it all falls to her,and so far,she's been 90% looking out for our interests......
The only time we can evn think that she shanked one into the rough was when she didn't allow total subpeona madness a few months ago,and she even still left the door open on that one ....
