Hey beastieboy, I had to give it up last night as I found myself suffering from sleep deprivation(old habit) and just came off a three year tour of duty as my VFW Post Quartermaster (different rules). I was just informed by an accountant who said that it realy depends on the terms of agreement for the grant as to how they post it. I hope that helps.
