That's why this second PR was so important. The first one didn't include the words "any and all". Now that they've brought this PR on their website, everything seems to be legit.

Very well put.

Some see fit to parse this to death or until they have convinced someone that their view is correct. So far it is not working very well.

All of the scam/ non scam things aside, how much is this technology worth in the real world? We now have mandates for automakers to get better mpg. If you could reduce the weight of a car by 30% or more with the purchase of this technology, isnt it worth millions of dollars? Its green technology which probably has some tax benefits. It just seems to me that the potential to the technology is huge and if its not bought out by someone now, it will be later.

'for any and all...' the verbage is carefully worded such that they make clear that .01 for ANY share, including ALL shares. I've worked with contracts for 20+ years. They utilize 'all' to demonstrate every share will be accounted for in the buyout. They utilize the word 'any' to demonstrate that each share will be bought at .01.

Why didn't they just say ".01 per share for any and all outstanding shares" if that is what they meant instead of the tortured legalese in two separate PR's? They left it vague on purpose.

".01 for any and all outstanding shares" and ".01 per share for any and all outstanding shares" are two entirely different things.

I believe the Intent is clear .. .01 for buy out per share .. the SEC will have something to say about filing a false and misleading Press release in regards to this and the other Press Releases ..
however, the company's failure to provide any information on the so called buyer .. leads to .. huge doubt of this every coming true .. as with most pennies in the financial shape and the track record of selling /issuing shares as this one ..

I personally believe the deal will not come down any where near the expected buy out price .. If indeed there is a real offer from a real company with the financial strength to back it up ..

with out that major piece of information .. it looks like pure hype too me
