'for any and all...' the verbage is carefully worded such that they make clear that .01 for ANY share, including ALL shares. I've worked with contracts for 20+ years. They utilize 'all' to demonstrate every share will be accounted for in the buyout. They utilize the word 'any' to demonstrate that each share will be bought at .01.

If you're excessively worrying or obsessing about the verbage, chance are you put more in than you can afford.
