Someone at Yahoo relates Rosen's moves to the Peruvian Pig story. You put the sack over the pig's head each time before you feed it. So it becomes accustom to the sack and thinks something good is going to happen. Then it doesn't mind the sack over it's head when it's time to hit it in the head at the end!!
Rosen has put that sack over our heads several times. Only thing is he has NOT been able to finish off the equityholders. We dodged his strikes ... got badly bruised on the 12th but still standing!!
I'm thinking we don't let him put the sack over our head again!! :)
