Oh okay. Any idea how many shareholders MLON has then? I think the reporting threshold is something like $10M+ in assets plus 300 or more shareholders. It wouldn't surprise me if they're playing a game like you laid out here. Once they hit the threshold, the regulators can go after them for non-reporting.
