As you may have guessed, I disagree. I have observed many
cos. that have used the paid pumps and fluff Prs. and nowdays
it seems to send the SP down. Even outfits like Lebed that
used to be good for a 3-bagger had about zilch effect here.
Paid pumps are too commonplace and are an indication of a co.
that is in trouble. The fluff PRs are only to give those touts
some ammo to put out in their tout sheets. I have a bet riding
here that the SP will be .0026 next Friday. I think .0021 is
more likely closer now with this PR.
