SEO could be privy to all of the info as long as he doesn't trade based on that info. Think about it.

Why do you think SEO should be privey to any more info than the rest of us other share holders?

Isn't he just another share holder, at this time?

I know he ownes a lot more than any one of us. All given by him, while he was in charge of ERHE, or is he still in charge? We own almost as much as he does, a little less, but does that give him the right to be privy to insider information while the rest of us investors are not?

If he gets insider info, just being an investor I would think that that would be illegal if he trades on it. Why can't the rest of us get that info also? If we don't trade on it?

If it was bad news and I sold the SEC wouldn't come after me...hunter
