LOL .01 for all outstanding shares. yes that does sound like they are selling the company for .01.. not to change the subject, BUT here is an example of the wording of a similar situation as far as the selling of outstanding shares. now as you read the article notice that it has ALL ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING SHARES... not just outstanding shares. So it looks to me that they are just paying for the OUTSTANDING shares, WHICH ARE THE SHARES WE OWN, right? And notice they did not mention the name of their buyer either? But the concern is the wording.. ALL ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING. THRR JUST SAYS OUTSTANDING.
