addition to message 14519: also notice in the article given of the example company. they say PER SHARE as well as ALL ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING. AGAIN THRR only says ALL OUSTANDING, and do not mention anywhere about a PER SHARE. Im not saying bad things about the company, but the absence of some words makes one wonder about what this is leading to
