jhdf51, how do you know if we have enough votes to throw out current BODs? Why Joyce was petitioning for EC, she ended up representing over 100M shares.... However, as you well know, WAMUQ has 1.7B shares outstanding... So how do we know we have the needed votes (I'm assuming 51% is needed)...

What if JPM and friends have more than we do?

I'm hoping WMI, JPM and the FDIC are going to give us a decent settlement on 3/26 so that we don't need a shareholders meeting... I know it's a long shot but that's what I'm hoping for..
