It's all bull jmrsage ..
until somene who knows what he is doing does a proper thorough claim title search. It is a simple matter to do it. All these claim maps and rumors floating around mean nothing until a search is done. That would be one of the CMKX auditor's responsibilities .. asset and title verification.
