ok. I do believe that there is ample evidence of a disparity of privledge when it comes to who can,and who can't.
Further, the game , by virtue of this disparity, allows for the perpetual manipulation of a percieved outcome over time, benefitting those who can, to the detriment of those who can not.
Simply, if you can not stand the rigged heat of the typical penny stock game.... do not play. ; And recognize that those who benefitted most from the game will say anything to enrich themselves....again.
