Penny, why would a person like DD post without either having stock, or being short. My only guess is that if it's true, he wants to try to keep the price down until he feels the time is right to invest.
I know a number of people who have investments in companies that they constantly criticize. Personally I can't understand it as your criticism works to hold the shareprice down, if it has any effect at all.
I will admit having stock in companies that are practically worthless, I've criticized the management there, but the stock isn't worth the commission that it would take to get out. I don't see CTKH being in that situation unless you purchased it at substantially higher prices, which at one time I believe it brought. If someone paid say $10,000 for 20,000 shares some time ago, I could see him being rather unhappy, especially if he didn't add to his position.
To me the key is, is the company positioned in an industry that's due to grow. Between flat panel displays and fuel cells I can't think of an industry that should grow faster. Then their's the question regarding whether CTKH is competitive with others who produce similar products. There is little doubt that American workers may be more expensive, but as I understand it, their secret manufacturing techniques enable them to produce a higher quality product, and do so without expensive machining. I believe that CTKH can get all the orders for material that it can deliver. If the above is true, I don't see how it won't be profitable over time.
It's just a matter of time until CTKH clarifies the story, but it can only come with real data. All the percentage increases in the world don't hold a candle to audited results for even one quarter. If the company is serious about getting off the pinks they must submit a complete audit, if they do that, I believe we won't be a sub penny stock much longer. Without the effort to get off the pinks we could be talking about these kind of prices for the foreseeable future.
