m3 - talked with him this morning...I was afraid it was for health reasons but he says no..... I could tell in his voice that he was just plain worn out at this time by all the petty bickering, and he feels his value-add has been minimized.
Example - TC won't let Jim post latest reports because of some that take great pleasure in attacking him and his work (not constructively). Ain't worth it to him anymore.
