You don't have to sign up.
A well written and reasonable complaint to the SEC or FBI is enough.
They have their forms online. It isn't really about the money involved. It is about the PRINCIPLE of honesty and for justice that is at stake here. Certainly writing a few letters and filing some complaints is within the capability of anyone here!

As far as I know, Spooz had already been requested by SEC to testify against against nss and short selling, regarding SPZI, in the last couple of years, as catani already knows.

My understanding is that Spooz has also been reviewed by SEC twice within the last 3 years or so and passed. Apparently, it was due to the NNS and short selling.

This is essentially a failed business, as of right now. The only hope of any recovery for Spooz shareholders would be if 141 is successful, imo.
