My understanding is that Spooz has also been reviewed by SEC twice within the last 3 years or so and passed. Apparently, it was due to the NNS and short selling.
This is essentially a failed business, as of right now. The only hope of any recovery for Spooz shareholders would be if 141 is successful, imo.
The secret to profitable investing is to buy into well-run companies at the beginning of their earnings growth cycle—before Wall Street takes notice and bids up the stock price.
