Realtime:
If the judge agreed to the formation of the EC back in January and the EC had NO affect on the proposed settlement or negotiations, please explain how the signing of this new order will give them any more teeth then they already have. I am all for this, but it seems, every time it comes to stockholders being represented, WAMU blocks it and the EC is not allowed to be part of any negotiations that represent its stockholders. It kinda reminds me of the Northwest Airlines union mechanics strike a few years ago where fighting for their rights as a union (hence the EC representing stockholders) had no affect on the puicket line as all the Airlines had to do is wait out those who could not afford to be on strike. That then crumbled the number of strikers out on the picket line and eventually, even with a strong union, the airlines was able to break them.
Maybe I'm wrong, and if so, please explain.
Thanks
Nash
