yeah a lot got shaken and the panic started...

You can only lose if you sell...

You can tell the longs and those who have faith and those that don't.

You are absolutely correct and the board needs to keep it's logic as well and faith; all will turn out as we wish it will.

Exactly Dred! Most of the stocks I currently hold are Q stocks and I agree, they're not your typical trading stocks. Q's take time to develop and its all about the end game. I too was surprised by the panic selling last Friday. I'm glad the pps is rising now since we've heard from the EC. But then again, what did people expect? Did they really think the EC would say the proposed settlement is a good deal...I think not. I've been patiently waiting for about 18 months and I'll stay here until the final whistle win, lose, or draw.

Dred Scott (or indeed anyone else), what is your opinion on why there were no objections to the EC Committee being granted the right to intervene? Mordicai has said "The fact that there was no opposition to the intervention suggests to me there may be some serious negotiating between the EC and the other parties right now" but I'd also be interested in other viewpoints on this. JPMC and FDIC are IMO cunning and sneaky, I would like to understand where they might be coming from in their decision not to object.

Are you still in this Dred Scott? You've seem to have disappeared. I enjoyed your commentary.
