trinityz, I had never connected the call I got from the SEC investigator to me testifying at the CTBG vs DTC/GFCI hearing. However, as we were talking I mentioned that I had testified. He said "Yes, we know that."
I think there is an excellent chance that Lois is being held back as a witness for the prosecution. She is probably a dirty as Nick. If you recall, for a while she was listed as the President of CTBG. She stayed in Spring at CTBG's office/shop after Dial moved to Conroe. IMO, there is no way Swinford wanted that woman answering and monitoring every call that came into his phones.
When asked why Lois held such a high office in CTBG, Swinford said that when they were filling out the paper work for CTBG he hadn't designated a President and Dial suggested they name her, temporarily. Swinford would have been better off listing the pizza delivery boy.
Another lead pipe cinch for a charge is the situation with Nick & Lois registering a pink touting the Norm Tool. There is no way they had the rights to such a high tech type of equipment. Kennerflip drove past the address for the pink. It was a self storage place in NW Houston. As I recall, BBB found 7 Nevada registered pinks in Lois's name.
IMO, some enterprising journalist could ride this monstrosity to a Pulitzer Prize.
