"None of us know anything about the outcome"

dabug, while it is true that none of us have a crystal ball sans Nilremerlin, we know enough. Even the most wildly optimistic investment professional wouldn't touch this flaming pile of horse#$%^. The debate is over. Current management is totally comprised of individuals with a pump and dump past. Let me repeat that...current management is totally comprised of individuals with a pump and dump past! Federal tax lien - check, default judgments - check, insiders who don't buy stock on the open market, print shares at will, have undisclosed consultants collecting shares by the millions - hello??? What do you not get? Is this the best you can do with your hard earned money?

dabug... seriously...

Yes everyone harps on their own points incessantly.

But to argue the two sides are equally in-the-dark is absurd.

The facts casting a dark shadow this company are:
1. large in number
2. quantifiable in PPS
3. quantifiable in $ debt
4. quantifiable in law suit counts and plaintiff counts
5. quantifiable in eviction counts
6. quantifiable in loss of staff counts
7. quantifiable in P/L losses
8. quantifiable in numbers of investigations and prosecutions of the company and prior insiders and pertains to their time AT the company
and probably quantifiable in other ways that don't occur to me.

What facts directly related to the company, if any, are quantifiable which paint a favorable picture?

To suggest that we know nothing and should just "wait and see before passing judgement" is to IGNORE the masses of black marks against this venture for no reason.

It's essentially asking everyone to collectively bury their heads in the sand and pretend there is no hurricane storming around us.

What specifically is contrarian about his position. What's good here, what has changed in 10 years in the financial results, where's the information coming from the company???

Everything we know about this company is not good. The truth does not change. Present shareholders have only an intangible and that is hope.

You are dead wrong. My stance is a realistic one based on the performance AND actions of this "company".

They have done NOTHING to date except to make promises and spend shares, which dilutes the value for the shareholder. Say all you want about this being a "start-up". If it is (and it's obvious it isn't to realists), it has been one for a dozen years or more.

Their record shows them to be worthy of suspicion and derision.

You on ther other hand seem willing to overlook ANY shortcomings for seemingly as long as it takes for YOU to be proven corect in YOUR beliefs.

News flash for you. That is not the definition of being an investor. Most investors don't invest and then wait 6-12 years for the company they invested in to show them a return. That's called being a dreamer.
