it would cost them nothing not a single penny if they had a joint venture deal with a motor or car company to bring the motor to market. the fact that they have the motor and the patent is all they need. the rest is what the other company can do for them.

they can always lease the rights to the motor, getting a piece of each motor made. and still make tons of money without lifting a finger.
