I've bought with Zecco since the DTC restriction has been in place. They use a different clearing house, and I haven't heard of a freeze with Penson yet. So my best guess would be to try it and see. You might want to put your buy order in for .0002 though because i've has a rather large order in for .0001 for quite some time that has only been getting filled sporadically.
