I think almost we are host.

Our only hope is the judge approving the EC's motion to intervene and motion to hold share holders meeting to select new BOD.

Whatch for the documents coming out from the court.

If the judge approves those two motions of EC then the game changes and we might have a chance again.
On the other hand the judge knows that if she approves those it might take another 6 more months may be even a year to resolve the things because of EC. She might see this as a "delay" for the creditors getting their money. I think her job in BK make sure that the creditors get their money not make sure EC gets something.

Our only hope is the judge right now approving those two motions.
