Thanks for the info.....First off there's no minimum share price requirements for otcbb so that is not correct. Second, there is 269 million in the float not 470m, the market makers have nothing to do with restricted shares so that part of your post is inaccurate as well. If you are talking about going to NASDAQ or AMEX, it's a little soon for that but one day down the road that would not surprise me.

A "reverse must happen" to move to the OTCBB is completely FALSE. And don't try to backpeddle saying OTCBB isn't a "real exchange" because that is the exchange you mentioned.

In fact, it makes me wonder if you even have a clue about how things really work behind the scenes. The amount of shares outstanding has NOTHING to do with the games the MM's can play. They can stuff you with just as many phantom shares at 47M O/S as they can at 470M shares because they do NOT have to actually borrow those shares. There is no mechanism to even keep track of which shares have been borrowed by who, or if the "borrowed" shares even exist in the first place.

Several on the board has had buy-orders in ABOVE the ask for 10-15 min. without getting filled. Some even for half an hour.. That tells you there are very few shares available and the MM's are trying to scoop up as many as possible... We are still green for the week, so chill out and enjoy the ride. This has so much potential!
