A "reverse must happen" to move to the OTCBB is completely FALSE. And don't try to backpeddle saying OTCBB isn't a "real exchange" because that is the exchange you mentioned.

In fact, it makes me wonder if you even have a clue about how things really work behind the scenes. The amount of shares outstanding has NOTHING to do with the games the MM's can play. They can stuff you with just as many phantom shares at 47M O/S as they can at 470M shares because they do NOT have to actually borrow those shares. There is no mechanism to even keep track of which shares have been borrowed by who, or if the "borrowed" shares even exist in the first place.
