BEDA said the company was profitable. They are also working on a second merger as stated in the PR. So whats the big deal. A few extra days to dot the i's and cross the t's big deal. The important part is they are ( as we speak ) finalizing details. Done deal as far as I am concerned. Also we are getting good and open communications from the company . Nothing to worry about here except how much money were going to make. Don't sell. Were headed much higher. And what ever you do do not listen to these incompetant bashers.
