Okay -- good enough, rodyar -- but that is sure odd that a company would call and solicit/manipulate voting. This is getting more and more illegal, the way Dent is operating. How did they get his phone number??? Did he buy from their website solicitation, and provided his personal info?

Think about this for a second. The four insiders already control 91% of the votes for anything that might be voted on by shareholders.

If what you say is true then this looks more like some sort of preemptive defensive tactic, probably to protect themselves on legal grounds.

But I'm thinking that what's going to come down here is ultimately going to be decided by a jury of 12 and not by the shareholders.
