My father said someone called him and told him conversation was being recorded and they had my father give them his address to verify he was who he said he was. They asked him if he would agree to vote the way the board would recommend. He said that he was sure that they knew better than he did but he wanted them to do whatever it took to get the stock price back up so he agreed. He said he wasnt sure if this meant they would be casting a vote for him on issues.
