Merritt has repeatedly stated its about the rate so everything else[litigation] is about delay.Merritt also once related as to how big the numbers are so no wonder the resistance?
In the meantime,IDCC has become much stronger.The flea isn't going away.

And the price per share should be up ~.88, based on the $38.5M in revenue going to the bottom line for IQ. This is 38.5M/43.6M shares. Granted, if it does not maintain the revs for IIQ, then the ps should drop. But it should be up more than the measly .01 (27.51 as I write this). Wassup??
