I will submitt that the process HHHI has is covered under several pattents applied for. I am unaware of the process by which grants are set by the epa but I look at what they are trying to do under the desiel emisions, and imo it should apply. As far as building your own generator, good luck to you. It takes years of research, mistakes, and sucesses to get where the company is at. You can't patten something that is on the net. The junk that is out there only destroyes the few that have made the advances to make this industry great. To do this and make it work does not come out of a box or come from ebay.
