BBA - I read every word as well.

To date . . . I would say that Sam Lee sold as many of Paul's 343,782,272 shares as possible since Dec 8th and is finding a fast horse to get out of town.

What gets me is, Lee actually sent a bunch of old non-working device and software items, thinking he would pull the wool over on us.

What a sad state we are in now. If only we had merged as originally predicted - none of this would be happening and I'd have sold with a double.
