ok here we go. i called the office to figure this out so i could post this on ihub.
This was long ago and not issuance stock. A Hong Kong investor held the 4 million shares which is over 10%, they did some house cleaning themselves and sold half of that to their own partner.
"They are very committed to the long term growth of the company."
Well I found out why it didn't effect the share price. It was a transfer to someone else's name. It is a huge amount of shares but was traded sideways..... i.e. a transfer of ownership (My term for it) so there wasn't an official public sell and buy situation. The guys who have ownership now are very stable and are waiting for the glory days just like us. Hopefully soon.... we shall see
